England Head Coach Hope Powell has named a 28-player squad for a training camp at Bisham Abbey between 27 April and 1 May, as preparations begin once more for their final competitive fixture of the season.Belarus are England's next opponents in Group One as the Three Lions seek to reach the 2009 UEFA European Championship Finals in Finland next year. In the corresponding fixture at Walsall in October 2007, England comfortably won 4-0 with a brace from Alex Scott and goals from Kelly Smith and Eniola Aluko. England's run was halted temporarily by the Czech Republic at the Keepmoat Stadium last month following a 0-0 draw. In a sign that all the players are being kept on their toes, another 10 players have been added to the squad, including strikers Jodie Taylor and Natasha Dowie of Everton, whilst Rachel Brown returns following a knee injury, alongside her fellow Everton goalkeeper Danielle Hill. Stephanie Houghton returns to the squad after missing out on the World Cup due to a last minute training camp injury, whilst Chelsea's Dani Buet is rewarded for her consistent form at club and youth international level. Following the camp, Hope Powell will then name a squad of 20 to travel to Minsk for the Belarus match. In further news, World champions Germany have requested England to be their final opponents as they conclude their Beijing Olympic preparations, with a friendly international at the Sportpark Unterhaching on 17 July. The draw for the women's Olympic tournament will be made on 20 April in Beijing and the competition runs from 6-23 August. England training camp squad:
