Arsenal are searching for a Full Time Director for their Centre of Excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Direction, Development, Implementation and evaluation of the Centre of Excellence (Ages 8-16) within the Club.

Ideally, but not essentially, you should be of graduate calibre and it is essential that you either have the UEFA 'A' licence or are working towards it, with a sound work experience background in Youth Development. Ideally the candidate will have worked within Women's/Girl's football. You should also have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferably, applicants must hold a full driving licence with a car and be able to work evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate is expected to develop the Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological direction for all age groups with the ethos of the club in mind. You will oversee a Coaching staff and support them with relevant coach education. You are expected to attend all Centre Of Excellence training sessions throughout the week and attend all games, trials procedures, relevant meetings and team tours. There is also potential to expand this role into other areas of the club.

The post is subject to an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and validation of given references.
