Keynsham Town have won the Somerset FA Women's Cup for the third time in four years after beating Team Weston 7-1 in the Final at Shepton Mallet.The Premier League side took control of the game as Kayleigh Sage scored a first half hat-trick with Kath Bessell replying for their South West Combination opponents. Team Weston defended stubbornly after the break but Keynsham's superior fitness was an important factor and they added four further goals in the final half hour. Sage went on to net her fourth goal overall whilst Ana Bruni grabbed a double and Sheila Rocha also got on the scoresheet. | ||||||||||||||||
