East Midlands League Clifton hold on to the leadership of the Premier Division despite going down to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Peterborough Azure. Friar Lane & Epworth climbed up to second place, two points off the pace, thanks to a 6-1 success at Market Warsop. A win would have taken Loughborough Students into second but they remain two places below after being held to a goalless draw by Heather St Johns. At the other end of the table, Shepshed Dynamo moved off the bottom at the expense of Corby S & L by beating them 4-1. One match was played in Division One North, second placed Grimsby Town picking up their second win in successive weeks and ending the 100% record of runaway leaders Retford Utd with a 2-1 victory. Grimsby now trail Retford by eight points, with a game in hand. Hinckley Utd are now seven points clear in Division One South following their 2-0 success away to Sleaford Town. Daventry Town caught up ground on the top three after winning a goal fest 10-4 against Kingsthorpe. Barrowby were narrow 2-1 winners over Asfordby Amateurs whilst Raunds Town picked up an important victory, 5-3 at Oadby & Wigston. Eastern Region League Cambridge University continue to set the pace in the Premier Division as goals from Leesa Haydock, Romy Trigg-Smith and Amanda Wainwright gave them a 3-2 victory over Haringey Borough. Peterborough replace Haringey in second place after winning 3-2 at Barking, Jade Bell, Stacie Gross and Louise Nicholls were on target. West Lynn meanwhile picked up three valuable points in a 9-1 success at Taverham, Shelly Woods netting six of the goals. In Division One North, Norwich City Res stretched their lead to five points by beating Cambridge Women Res 5-3. Leanne Grey hit a hat-trick with Sian Wager also on the scoresheet. Kelly Rust and Steph Donald each netted twice for Kettering Town in their 5-0 win at Huntingdon Town and the match between Histon Hornets and Haverhill Rovers ended goalless, which means that the bottom three teams in the table are all level on points. Billericay Town closed the gap on Division One South leaders Arlesey Town to two points and replaced Hannakins in second place by beating them 6-1, goals from Paris Smith, Kiran Hare and Kerry Oldham adding to Lisa Silverton's hat-trick. Brentwood Town kept up their challenge with a 3-1 victory at AFC Kempston Rovers thanks to Ashley Debnam's double and Keeley Walker. London & South East League In the Premier Division, Old Actonians reduced Panthers' lead to six points by running out 4-1 winners over Crawley Wasps. Maidstone Utd also won 4-1 against Garston, a result which takes them up into fourth place. Kent Magpies stretched their lead at the top of Division One (London) to five points, thanks to a 4-2 victory over Tower Hamlets. Luton Town 3rds remain in fourth following a 2-1 success against Tring Athletic. North East League League leaders Whitley Bay went down to their first defeat of the season, beaten 3-2 by York City who leap into a mid-table position. Abi Webster and Kelly Chesterton gave York a two-goal lead and, despite Janine Fagan's brace levelling the scores, a second half own goal gave York the points. Hull City are now in fourth after they defeated Ossett Albion by the odd goal in five. In the Southern Division, the top two teams kept up their title chase by recording large victories. Castleford White Rose ran out 8-1 winners over Keighley to maintain their lead of two points from Hessle Town, who scored eight without reply away to Harrogate Railway. North West League Mossley Hill went three points clear at the top of the Premier Division with a 5-1 win away to Leigh RMI. Third placed Chorley suffered a setback as they went down 2-1 at home to Fletcher Moss Rangers. Preston North End defeated AFC Urmston Meadowside by the only goal of the game and the score was goalless between Bury Girls & Ladies and Wigan Ladies. In Division One North, Penrith AFC beat Springfields (Preston) 3-0 to go level on points with leaders Brazil. Morecambe are five points behind, but with games in hand, after they scored seven without reply at Burnley Borrowdale. Wigan Athletic kept up their hopes with a 6-1 success at Bolton Ambassadors. Blackpool Wren Rovers Res picked up an important point when sharing six goals with St Domingo's. Liverpool Feds Res power on at the top of Division One South, winning 3-1 at Manchester Stingers to stay three points ahead of Greater Manchester Police who beat Winsford 3-0. Denton Town recorded a huge victory over Airbus UK and are now third, with matches in hand on the top two. South West League Premier Division table toppers Frome Town saw their title challenge dealt a blow as they were beaten 2-0 by Stoke Lane Athletic, for whom Jo Alford and Megan Bloomer were on target. Gloucester City meanwhile kept up their challenge in third place by winning 6-1 at local rivals Cheltenham Town. Saltash Utd were given a scare by Bristol Ladies Union, coming from behind to win 4-3 thanks to a Corinne Potts double, Emma Pemberton and Grace O'Leary. Weymouth continue to do well in their first season after promotion and cemented their position in the top five by beating Oldland Abbotonians 5-0. Cirencester Town returned to the top of the Eastern Division, notching up a 6-3 victory over Downend Flyers in the only match to be played. In the Western Division, Marjons Old Suttonians won 5-3 away to Roche to stay just ahead of Yeovil Town Res, who edged out Torpoint Athletic by the odd goal in five. Plymouth Argyle Res and Totnes & Dartington SC meanwhile finished level at 3-3. Southern Region League Things remain tight just below the leading sides in the Premier Division, especially after Shanklin and Henley Town shared six goals in the division's only match. Southampton Women stepped up their challenge in Division One, their 9-0 victory over Banbury Utd taking them to within five points of the leadership. Newbury Ladies & Girls are entrenched in mid-table following their 3-2 win Berinsfield, who remain at the foot of the table. West Midlands League Solihull Ladies now head the Premier Division by four points after scoring five without reply against Hereford Phoenix. Stratford Town kept their challenge going with an important 4-3 success over Hereford Pegasus. Lichfield Diamonds moved up to fourth by beating Kidderminster Harriers 3-0 and Allscott were 3-1 winners against Coleshill Town. The bottom two teams in the table met each other and honours were even as Kidsgrove and Cannock drew 2-2. Division One North leaders Willenhall Town were not in action and they now head the table on goal difference from Stafford Town, who won 5-1 at Withymoor. Coseley Town beat Tamworth Lionesses 1-0 and are just behind in third place. Bedworth Utd edged out FC Reedswood 3-2 and Bridgnorth Spartans' good run continued as they also won 3-2 against Cottage Farm Rangers. Wyrley Juniors can have a say by winning their games in hand and they kept up those hopes by defeating Rugeley Ladies 5-1. In the solitary match to be played in Division One South, Knowle picked up a fine point when battling out a 2-2 draw with unbeaten Leamington Lions.
