Refunds Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Women's Soccer Scene. It is a condition that refunds are first requested directly from Women's Soccer Scene and that credit or payment card chargeback or any form of payment stop is not invoked by the purchaser without first giving Women's Soccer Scene 28 days notice of any problem and the opportunity to make good or consider and provide any refund due. Terms of Sale Women's Soccer Scene makes every effort to ensure that each issue of the magazine is up to date with the latest information at the time of printing. Magazine content is always entirely at the discretion of Women's Soccer Scene. Magazine subscriptions are simply for the specified number of issues. Every effort is made to dispatch Magazines on their publication date. The Magazine is supplied to the purchaser on the basis that size, page count, issue date and dispatch date may change at the discretion of Women's Soccer Scene. Purchasers may choose and pay for in advance any delivery method they deem best, the three most common methods are shown (First and Second class post and Email). Postal strikes and any other delivery service problems beyond our control are not grounds to cancel a subscription or order which will be delivered as soon as the Purchasers selected delivery method permits. Please consider the Emailed Electronic version which may offer faster and more reliable delivery. In the event a magazine is not received three working days after the normal delivery day, the purchaser must inform Women's Soccer Scene who will send a replacement. No warranty or liability is accepted for mistakes or omissions except that corrections may be published in a future issue. Statutory Rights Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
