Hibernian are one step away from regaining the Scottish Women's Premier League Cup after a 5-3 victory over Glasgow City in the semi finals on Wednesday night.
City took a first half lead through Jane Ross before Hibs hit back with a double from Kim Little. Laura Montgomery levelled matters from the penalty spot but Hibs were to strike a huge blow on the stroke of half time as Suzanne Grant put them back in front.
After the break, Shelley Kerr doubled Hibernian's advantage and Stacey Cook added a fifth, Emma Fernon gave Glasgow late hope but Hibs held on to book their place in the Final.
Hibs' opponents will be newly promoted Queen's Park who were narrow 3-2 winners over Aberdeen in the other semi.
Queen's Park took the lead three times during the match, Jennifer Beattie initially putting them in front and Stephanie Handley restored the advantage but it was Amy McDonald who settled the match with the winning goal for the Spiders, twenty minutes from time.
