Celtic ended the winning run of Hibernian in the Scottish Women's Premier League with a stunning 2-0 victory which lifts the newly formed club into fourth place in their debut season.
Hibs went into the game seeking to halve the deficit on leaders Glasgow City to three points but it was Celtic who went ahead after nine minutes with a goal from Christie Murray.
After the break, Hibs striker Suzanne Grant struck the post and had a penalty claim turned down and the Champions' pressure increased as they looked for an equaliser. However it was Celtic who struck a killer blow late on in the game and sealed a fantastic result for their club as Leanne Crichton scored a late penalty.
