Everton midfielder Jill Scott was voted Players' Player of the Year at the FA Women's Football Awards in London.Jill beat off fellow nominees Karen Carney and Alex Scott to become the first non-Arsenal player to win the award since Sue Smith in 1999. To complete a good day for Everton, teenage defender Fern Whelan won the Young Player of the Year award, beating off competition from Leeds Utd duo Jess Clarke and Sophie Bradley. Chelsea captain Casey Stoney was the recipient of the International Player of the Year award whilst Fulham boss Mark Saunderson was named as Manager of the Year and Club of the Year was Nottingham Forest. Doncaster Rovers Belles stalwart Sheila Edmunds was a popular winner of the Special Achievement Award. Full list of winners:
