![]() Technical Director and former Charlton and England Under-21 midfielder Paul Mortimer has his sights set on a quick return from the Southern Division to the top flight of Women's football, a position Charlton have occupied for the last eight seasons. A reserve team is being introduced to provide good competition for all senior players plus those progressing from the Academy and Centre of Excellence and will be playing in the FA Women's Premier League reserve section. A professional and well structured pre-season training programme starting at the end of June has been planned by Paul together with his coaching and medical staff. Trials are taking place at the Charlton Athletic Training Ground, Sparrows Lane, New Eltham, London, SE9 2JR on Tuesday 24th June and Thursday 26th June from 8pm to 10pm.
