 Reading FC Women's team captain Kelly Chambers was joined by team mate Charlotte Chard for the launch of their brand new 2008-09 Puma kits.The Royals had a special launch evening to unveil their new strips and Kelly and Charlotte lined up alongside first team club captain and Scottish international Graeme Murty, as well as Irish international Shane Long and Australian Olympic goalkeeper Adam Federici. The Club were keen to use two of their ladies players to help launch the newly-designed womens fit shirts, and Kelly & Charlotte appeared on national and local media. Reading will be taking their first steps into the Premier League this season after winning the South West Combination title, they have been placed in the Northern Division for the new campaign.
