Like their senior counterparts, England will face Sweden in the UEFA Under-19 Women's Championship Finals this summer in Belarus.
The draw was made in Minsk this week and England will also have to play against Iceland and Norway in Group B. The other four teams, in Group A, are hosts Belarus, Switzerland, Germany and holders France.
"We have a very strong group, all the teams are equal and the matches will be tough," England Under-19 coach Mo Marley said after the draw. "That said, the other group is difficult as well and it is almost impossible to predict the winner.
"I am sure, though, that all the encounters will be interesting and tough."
The top two teams in each group will progress to the last four. This year's Finals will also act as a qualifier for the 2010 FIFA Under-20 World Cup Finals in Germany, with four teams vying to join the host country in progressing through. England will be seeking to repeat this achivement of two years ago when reaching the Final, which earned them their place in the Finals in Chile last November.
In the meantime, Mo Marley has named a squad of 20 players to attend a week long training camp in Germany next month as a part of the preparations for the Finals in Belarus.
