Eastern League constitution

The Eastern Region League has announced its constitution for the 2009-10 season.

The season will be the league's 20th since its formation in 1990 and three new teams - Norwich City Res, Yaxley and Hannakins - have been promoted into the league.

The constitution is as follows:
