![]() Having won the East Kilbride award a few months ago, Megan was shortlisted for the coveted South Lanarkshire award, which covers all sporting disciplines. The midfielder was part of the City squad who completed the historic domestic treble last year and reached the last sixteen of the UEFA Women's Champions League, the first Scottish team to do so. With 62 Scotland caps, the 23-year-old was also a part of the national team's agonisingly close run to making the UEFA Championships in Finland. Megan was delighted with her award and said: "This is the first time I have received this level of recognition locally and I am honoured. My job is just to train and play as best I can for Glasgow City and of course Scotland and help club and country do as well as possible. "I am lucky to be team mates with some extremely talented players and the future is very exciting. Thank you to South Lanarkshire for the award and I hope City and Scotland's success continues and that I am very much a part of it."
