The two favourites for the FA of Wales Cup have avoided each other in the semi final draw, which was made in Cardiff on Monday afternoon. Current holders Cardiff City will face Llandudno Junction, who impressed in the quarter finals with an excellent win against Welsh Women's Premier League opponents Aberystwyth Town. The semi final is at a neutral venue and will be played in mid-Wales. Swansea City are going well in the WWPL and must be considered as Cardiff's main rivals for the competition. They will take on UWIC in their semi final, again at a neutral venue.
