Everton are through to the F.A.Women's Cup Final for the first time in five years but were given a hard time by a battling Barnet side at Southport.
The Southern Division side gave a good account of themselves in the first half and could have taken the lead when Cheryl Williams hit the bar.
The Toffees made the breakthrough two minutes into the second half when Natasha Dowie took advantage of a defensive mix-up to fire her side in front.
Everton finally made the game safe with four minutes remaining, Fara Williams scoring the second half via an overhead kick.
Mo Marley's side must now wait until Sunday 4th April to find out who their opponents in the Final - on 3rd May at Nottingham Forest FC - will be as Chelsea take on Arsenal on that date at Staines Town FC.
