Hutton won the Essex League Cup on Sunday with a 4-2 victory over Division Three title hopefuls East Thurrock Utd in the Final at White Notley. East Thurrock made a flying start and took a second minute lead through Hayley Williamson but Hutton made sure they went into half time on level terms when Leeanne Cox equalised, seven minutes before the break. Hutton went in front for the first time just a minute after the restart with a goal from Amy Simmons but East Thurrock hit back quickly and equalised through Katie Wilson. However substitute Danni Cliffe was to have a say, restoring Hutton's lead in the 58th minute before netting a second ten minutes later to see her side towards the first of a possible two trophies.
