Everton will travel to Lithuania for their UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying round after the draw was announced today.

Mo Marley's side will play host club Gintra Universitetas as well as Klaksvikar Itrottarfelag from the Faroe Islands and Macedonian Champions ZFK Borec.

However the draw has been unkind to Glasgow City as, for the second year in a row, they have been paired with German opposition. This time it will be FCR 2001 Duisburg, beaten semi finalists last season and conquerors of Arsenal. Also in their group are Slovan Bratislava of Slovakia and group hosts, Northern Ireland title winners Newtownabbey Strikers.

Swansea City step into Europe for the first time and Slovenia is the destination for the inaugural Welsh Women's Premier League Champions. The Swans must take on ZNK Krka plus CF Bardolina Verona, runners-up in the Italian League, and FC Baia Zugdidi from Georgia.

The group winners and two best runners-up will progress to the knockout stages along with the 23 seeded teams, which include Arsenal. The Final will be staged in London on Thursday 26 May.
