Bitton have strengthened their squad with the signing of former Bristol City and Arsenal defender Carly Bray.
The left sided defender joins the club, who were promoted to the top division of the Gloucestershire County Women's League at the end of last season, after having a spell playing in the top amateur league in the USA for Millburn Magic. She started her career at Bristol City where she made a number of Premier League appearances before joining the Arsenal Academy and playing for the Gunners' reserve team.
Carly will be unavailable for the first seven weeks of the season as she heads back to the States to do some coaching.
Bitton have also snapped up the signature of striker Amber Coates from Bristol Academy and several of last season's Division Two title winning team have put pen to paper, including Becky Jones, Kayleigh Haim, Leanne Jones, Robyn Scrase, Charlotte Knight and leading scorer Sharifa James.
Manager Steve Jones said: "Carly is another example of the type of player we are looking to bring to the club. I spoke with her over the summer and she said she would be interested in joining up with a few friends who already play for us. She is going to be missing for the start of the season but will give us a massive boost when she returns.
"I am delighted to have got Amber to (join) the club, she is a class act and more than capable of playing at a much higher level but has told me she just wants to get back to enjoying her football again. She knows a lot of our players already so has settled in really quickly and I'm really excited by the prospect of fitting her into my team."
