Forfar Farmington have added three new faces to their squad as the second half of the Scottish Women's Premier League season gets underway.
Farmington, who recorded a 15-0 victory over Kilmarnock on Sunday, gave a starting debut to Scotland Under-19 defender Loren Campbell who featured previously with Aberdeen and made several appearances at the UEFA Under-19 Championships in Macedonia in the summer.
Joining Loren in making the move south from Aberdeen is 22-year-old striker Nikki Wright. Coming through the youth teams at Aberdeen, Nikki returned to Aberdeen in 2005-06 after a short spell with Cove Rangers.
Completing the line-up of new faces is 24-year-old Fay Hughes, formerly of Dundee United. A versatile player with experience within the Scotland National squad set up, Fay's arrival provides Head Coach Mark Nisbet with additional cover in a multitude of positions.
"Fay brings a good level of experience to the squad, coupled with a tremendous desire to improve and achieve, while Nikki's hustling style of play provides us with another valuable option in the striking department," explains Mark.
"Loren's achievements with the youth national sides speak for themselves and she provides us with wonderful versatility down the right flank."
Another member of the Forfar Farmington squad, Rachael Small, recently made her full Scotland international debut during their 2-1 win in Poland.
