Everton are on the verge of qualifying for the knockout stages of the UEFA Women's Champions League after crushing ZFK Borec 10-0 in their second group match.

Nine different players got on the scoresheet for Mo Marley's side and the rout started in the 21st minute when Jill Scott put them in the lead.

Jody Handley added a second within a minute and Fara Williams ensured that Everton went into the half time break with a three goal advantage.

After the restart, Michelle Hinnigan netted the fourth before Natasha Dowie and Toni Duggan got in on the act with further strikes. Substitute Nikita Parris bagged a double, either side of an Alex Greenwood penalty, and Gwennan Harries completed the scoring with the tenth and final goal, deep into injury time.

The other group match between KI Klaksvik and Gintra Universitetas ended in a goalless draw, meaning that Everton require just a point in their final game on Tuesday against hosts Gintra.
