Everton cruised into the knockout stages of the UEFA Women's Champions League with a 7-0 victory over Gintra Universitetas.

The Toffees needed a point to ensure themselves as group winners and they were given the perfect start when Toni Duggan put them ahead after three minutes.

Michelle Hinnigan quickly added a second, before Jody Handley netted a double either side of a Natasha Dowie goal. Gwennan Harries also found the net to give Everton a six-goal lead at the interval.

Rachel Unitt rounded off the victory with a solitary strike midway through the second half to see Everton through with an impressive record of 23 goals in the three group games, with none conceded.
