![]() Neil Hart brings a fantastic mixture of coaching and commercial experience to the role. In his day job Neil is Head of Community Development at Watford FC's Community Trust, overseeing much of the club's community delivery. Neil is a UEFA 'B' Licence Coach and has many years of coaching experience. Neil said: "After a short break from coaching I'm looking forward to this challenge and working with the existing players and staff. We have some good ability in the squad and I'm sure with the right preparation, an impeccable work ethic and the full commitment of both players and staff we can have a successful season." Watford Chairman Chris Crickitt confirmed that with their new manager in place, Watford are ready for a great start to their new season. The club would like to thank the existing coaching team for giving the players a great pre-season preparation. Sam Perrin will step up to the role of Assistant Manager to the First Team assisting Neil. The club has made a number of important signings this season with experience and plenty of talent. Cally Rowell and Lillie Billson have joined from Arsenal, Vikki Wotton from Chelsea, Connie Short from Bristol Academy, Sahara Osborne from University in USA and Charlotte Young returns having spent time elsewhere last season. The squad is looking strong and their confidence is very high ahead of the new season.
