Scotland's final match in the UEFA Women's Under-19 Championships second qualifying round group finished in a 2-2 draw with Poland in Graz.
However it looked as though Shelley Kerr's side were on their way towards their second successive defeat as Sandra Lichtenstein gave Poland a third minute lead, before adding her second midway through the second half.
Emma Mitchell gave Scotland renewed hope by pulling a goal back with eight minutes remaining, and the captain rescued a point for her team as she completed her double in the dying minutes.
The result means that Scotland finish in third place in their group, Spain progressing through to the Finals in Italy.
