Spartans took the runners-up spot in the Scottish Women's Premier League with a 2-1 victory away to Celtic in their final game.
The Edinburgh side went into the game needing a point to clinch second place and went two goals ahead through Sarah Ewens and Hayley Lauder. Chloe Arthur pulled one back for Celtic after the break but Spartans held on for victory, meaning that Celtic end the season in fourth.
Glasgow City meanwhile completed the season with 20 wins from 20 games by beating Hamilton Academicals 5-0. City gave themselves a boost ahead of their return leg with Potsdam in the UEFA Women's Champions League as Lisa Evans, Emma Mitchell, Joanne Love, Danica Dalziel and an own goal saw them home.
Forfar Farmington have had a very good season and they completed it with a 2-0 victory over Inverness City. Gemma Collier and Fay Hughes netted the goals to take Forfar to the 40-point mark and a fifth place finish.
Rangers ended their campaign by defeating Hutchison Vale 5-2. Jen Callaghan scored twice with Lisa Swanson, Cheryl Gallacher and Jade Lindsay, Hutchie replying through a Michelle Russell double.
The two teams at the foot of the table met each other and it was Falkirk who were 3-1 winners over FC Kilmarnock. Emma Lyons, Sheryl Gallacher and Becky Robertson were on target with Killie's consolation coming from Kirsty Munro.
