Three teams remain in contention at the top of the Northern Conference in the Welsh Women's Premier League.
Aberystwyth Town still lead the way after their top of the table clash with Wrexham ended in a 1-1 draw. Jade Gaven had given Wrexham the lead midway through the first half, before Sam Gaunt equalised for Aber from the penalty spot two minutes before half time.
Llanidloes put themselves into contention and are just two points off the pace following their 4-0 victory away to Northop Hall. Sian Jones netted the only goal of the first half, with Kate Thomas adding the second six minutes after the break and Tricia Turner completing the win by scoring a double.
In the Southern Conference, UWIC returned to the top and have a two point advantage after they defeated Trefelin 4-0. Jade Radburn gave them the lead on the half hour and the students went on to seal the points with second half strikes from Holly Broad, Emily Allen and Adele Hooper.
Swansea City are back in second place as they drew for the second time in three matches, sharing four goals with Newcastle Emlyn. Lauren Hancock gave the Swans an early lead which was cancelled out by Carrie Slack and, after Jodie Passmore had put Swansea back in front midway through the second half, Stacey John earned Newcastle Emlyn a share of the spoils by levelling twelve minutes from time.
