Keynsham Town gave their Southern Division survival hopes a shot in the arm with a 2-0 victory over Millwall Lionesses.
The Somerset side needed nothing less than a victory as they bid to avoid the drop and they took the lead just after the half hour when Ashley Reinecke's cross picked out Kelly Aldridge who produced a sweet right foot finish.
Keynsham wrapped up the points after the break when Scotland international striker Suzanne Grant netted the second goal.
The result means that Keynsham climb out of the bottom two on goal difference at the expense of Millwall, with Plymouth sandwiched between the two teams. Keynsham and Millwall each have one game left to play, whilst Plymouth and Queen's Park Rangers, now one point behind at the bottom of the table, both have three remaining matches.
