Derby boss relishing Charlton challenge
 Women's Football News 25 Feb 2012
Derby County manager John Bennett is confident his team will give a good account of themselves when they take on Charlton Athletic in the F.A.Women's Cup Fourth Round on Sunday.
The Rams will go into the game with a good run under their belts and Bennett said: "Having been unbeaten in seven games in all competitions, including some big league scalps, confidence is sky high in the camp and we are really looking forward to the challenge of facing a National Division side.
"I was only appointed in October and since then we have only lost once in our ten games. We have a new philosophy and clear direction which has seen very quick results. We have a very young side, so the hope is to keep the team together and in next couple of years, take the team into the top flight. Playing Charlton on Sunday will be a great experience for me and the players as we look to build on the excellent result against West Ham at the weekend.
"I know Paul Mortimer will have his side very organised and I know we will have their respect so we have to ensure we are at our best to give them as uncomfortable a time as possible. Both the players and myself have every intention of going to Charlton on Sunday to win and will not be there just to make up the numbers.
"This is also reward for all the players and I want them to enjoy the experience and realise that they have no pressure as we are the clear underdogs and rightly so."
