Scotland bowed out of the UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship at the second qualifying round after a 3-2 defeat to Group Five winners Spain.
Shelley Kerr's side fought back from 2-0 down, but Spain maintained their 100% record to advance to the finals in Turkey.
A Marina Garcia goal put Spain one goal up at the break, and Alexia Putellas doubled the advantage just a few minutes after the restart.
Captain Eilish McSorley pulled one back for Scotland, only for Paloma Lazaro to re-establish Spain's two goal cushion.
Lana Clelland added a second for Scotland in injury time but it was not enough and they went down to their second defeat in the three matches.
