Everton are calling on all Blues fans to show their support as they take on Liverpool in a tense Merseyside derby on Wednesday.
Mo Marley's side will face their city rivals for the first time this FA WSL campaign, with the 7.30pm fixture in Widnes likely to be as well contested as recent meetings.
Everton emerged the victors from the last derby encounter - Natasha Dowie's first half effort earning all three points in a 1-0 win.
That game followed a dramatic 3-3 draw in the Toffees' first ever WSL match. Again Dowie was on the scoresheet, nipping in to net her second and Everton's third of the game in the 93rd minute, and she is hoping that there will be plenty of support for the Blues again on Wednesday.
"Every game in the Super League is a big game but it's always nice to have a derby game against Liverpool," she said. "It's more about pride when it comes to derby games and neither team has started as well as we would have liked so far this season so it's going to be tough.
"I am looking forward to it and the other girls are too so hopefully we can get a big crowd there to support us. We had over 1,000 supporters for our last game against Liverpool so it would be nice to have even more people there tomorrow and get the atmosphere going.
"I like night games because you have the build up all day and Stobart Stadium Halton is a nice stadium so hopefully that will make for a quality game of football for supporters to come and watch.".
The Merseyside derby kicks off at 7.30pm on Wednesday (30 May) at Stobart Stadium Halton in Widnes and Blues fans can come along to support the girls for bargain prices - with tickets just £4 for adults, £3 for concessions (16-21 or over 65s) and £2 for juniors (under 16s).
A special adult and junior ticket is also available at just £5 and all tickets can be purchased at the gate.
The full address of the ground is: Stobart Stadium Halton, Lowerhouse Lane, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 7DZ.
