Rise Park midfielder Kylie Parr says that her team are in good spirits ahead of their F.A.Women's Cup First Round tie against Copsewood (Coventry) on Sunday.
The East Midlands League side will take on Midland Combination opponents and Kylie told Women's Soccer Scene: "This is our first year playing in the FA Cup and as a small independent club, gaining Charter Standard this year and with our success on the pitch, it has been a good start to our season.
"We have some excellent players and a great team spirit. As a small club we have no sponsors which means we do everything together as a team in the running of the club, so to get to the First Round of the FA Cup means so much to me and the players and is payback for the hard work we have put in. Our philosophy is teamwork, fitness, banter and booze!
"The game against Copsewood from the Midland Combination will be a tough game but one we are looking forward to."
