Midlands/North Division One
In the only match to be played in Midlands/North Division One, Coventry City returned from Liverpool with a 4-2 victory under their belts. Jade Formaston and Karen Clough each scored twice to earn the Sky Blues their third league win of the season.
Midlands/North Division Two
Leeds Utd are back on top of the table after they picked up a 1-0 win away to Newcastle Utd, the only goal of the game coming via an own goal.
Southern Division One
Chelsea regained the leadership following their 2-0 victory over Bristol Academy, which was given to them by two second half goals from Hannah Blundell. Arsenal are up into third, four points off the pace but with two games in hand, as they defeated West Ham Utd 7-3. Amber Gaylor scored twice for the Gunners along with Billie Brooks, Freda Ayisi, Zoe Cunningham, Rebecca Danbridge and Lauren Bruton while Danielle Cliffe hit a hat-trick in reply for the Hammers. Gillingham meanwhile picked up their first point of the season when sharing a 2-2 draw with Colchester Utd.
Southern Division Two
Watford stay at the top on goal difference after they ran out 4-1 winners over Queen's Park Rangers. Reading FC Women made sure of keeping pace with the Golden Girls as Emma Jones, Jasmine Brewster and Deanna Peters gave them a 3-2 victory against Tottenham Hotspur, whose replies came from Chelsea Orridge-Golding and Chanel Richards.
