Regional Leagues round-up

North West League
The only league match to take place north of Devon throughout the country on Sunday was in the Premier Division.
Hannah Paling scored twice and Megan Doherty the other as Morecambe ran out 3-1 winners over Wigan Athletic. However due to the resignation of Denton Town, the SeaGals actually stay in third place in the table, three points behind leaders Tranmere Rovers but with two games in hand.
South West League
Once again, Cornwall was virtually the only place to find any action with both scheduled matches in Western Division One going ahead.
Truro City moved back into second place, five points off the pace, after goals from Bethany Wilshaw and Nichola Russell earned them a 2-0 victory over Bude Town. In the other game, fourth placed Falmouth Town defeated Charlestown 3-0 thanks to a Katy Barker double and Laura Haggis.
