Ipswich Town manager Ollie Drake is relishing the challenge of taking on Aston Villa in the Third Round of the F.A.Women's Cup this Sunday.
The South East Combination side are gearing up to face their National Division opponents and Ollie told Women's Soccer Scene: "We are all really excited about our tie with Aston Villa.
"For most it will be the biggest game they have ever played in and it will certainly become the biggest match I have managed in.
"Following some of the results at the weekend from the men's competition, we go into the game hoping to be able to cause an upset and be one of the underdog teams that manages to cause a scalp over a bigger side."
Ipswich reached this stage of the competition by beating Cambridge Women 1-0 in the last round but bad weather has kicked in recently and apart from a Suffolk County Cup tie, they have not been in action since. Remarkably, Ipswich have not played a league game at all since Saturday 28th October due to weather and cup commitments.
"We haven't had a game now for two weeks so it's not been the best preparation," admitted Ollie, "but the girls are committed and will have been doing their own bits and bobs to get themselves ready for this game.
"We go into it full of confidence and morale is high in the camp. When the team spirit is how it is, we are always confident of winning games, which is a great feeling as a manager."
