Players and staff from the Charlton Athletic girls teams gave several hours of their time on Easter Saturday to bag pack at Charlton ASDA to raise money for the ASDA Tickled Pink Cancer Campaign.
Tickled Pink benefits two breast cancer charities - Breast Cancer Care and the Breast Cancer Campaign.
Kerrie Bryant, the Community Life Champion at Charlton ASDA, has sent a big "Thank You" to the girls and the amazing job they did. They raised £124.66 for the Tickled Pink Campaign in total.
Kerrie has promised to put this photo on the ASDA Charlton Community Board to show customers what a great job the players did. The girls also took the London FA County Senior Cup, which the first team won last Thursday, to the store which created a lot of interest and promoted women's & girls football with many of the shoppers being Charlton Athletic fans.
