Scotland defender Rachael Small was pleased overall with the draw and revealed that one match in particular will bring back happy memories for her.
"After the agony of losing out on qualification for the European Championships, the draw for the World Cup Qualifiers was hugely anticipated," she said. "As a squad we are desperate to get going again and target another major tournament, so the draw was watched by all and overall I think we are happy with the result.
Playing and travelling to places like Faroe Islands and Bosnia will be something new for us and will pose the threat of the unknown. Also having a home nation clash with Northern Ireland will be something to look forward to as it is sure to be a battle as it usually is when we meet them.
"To then see Poland in our group is exciting because I received my first cap against them and we have played them recently over there coming out victorious but they are a team that have a lot of ability and will be a very tough team to come up against but it is a challenge we look forward to.
"That then left us with one space left in our group for the top seeded team. After coming up against France in our last campaign I was relieved to see we have avoided them. When I saw that we would be playing against Sweden, it brought back memories of our defeat last year to them, but I feel we have improved a lot since then and we have a lot of opportunities to see them play for the qualification group begins so I am more than confident that we will be ready to test ourselves against what are some of the best players in the world both at home and away!
"It is an exciting group we have been drawn into and I just can't wait for the games to kick off for the Road to Canada 2015!!!!"
