City maintain record into break
 Women's Football News 30 Jun 2013
Glasgow City go into the mid-season break in the Scottish Women's Premier League with their 100% record intact after a 10-0 victory over Falkirk.
Doubles from Leanne Ross, Suzanne Lappin and Sarah Crilly along with a debut goal for Emily Thomson plus strikes from Lisa Robertson, Eilish McSorley and Jo Love ensured victory for the reigning Champions.
Hibernian stay five points behind in second place following a 4-1 victory away to Forfar Farmington. Kirsty Smith and Claire Emslie each scored twice for Hibs with Caroline Heron replying for Forfar who finished as runners-up last season but will have to play in the bottom half this time around, when the league resumes.
Rangers ended an impressive first half of the campaign by matching Glasgow City's feat of netting ten times as they defeated Kilwinning SC. Megan Foley led the scoring with a hat-trick, Hollie Thomson weighed in with a brace and there was one apiece from Megan Sneddon, Michelle Barr, Lesley Condie, Rachel Halliday and Lisa Swanson.
Five different players got on the scoresheet as Spartans continued their good form by beating Buchan Ladies 6-1. Lana Clelland bagged a double along with Claire Crosbie, Diana Barry, Sarah Ewens and Katie Reilly with Buchan's consolation coming from Hannah Stewart.
Aberdeen also completed a good first half with a 2-1 victory over Celtic, a result which qualifies them for the top six, thanks to goals from Cheryl Anderson and Christie Grimshaw.
Hamilton Academicals meanwhile went into the break by winning 7-3 away to Hutchison Vale with seven different players on target.
