East Midlands League
Pelican Ladies joined Steel City Wanderers at the top of the Premier Division after they defeated Real Utd 2-0, Rhyiannea Anderson and Chantelle Robinson scoring their goals.
 
Solar Ladies kept up their good start to the season with a 6-3 victory away to Mansfield Hosiery Mills, a result which takes them three points clear at the top of the Division One North table. Sue Green scored twice along with Ellie Casson, Lisa Cromey, Clodagh Summers and Daniella Whitworth. Courtney Walters led the scoring with a five-goal haul as Notts County Development won 12-1 against Retford Utd. Anna-Marie Casey-Horton and April Bingham each added doubles and there was one apiece from Perazim Mugadia, Lauren Yeomans and Robyn Henton.
 
Heather St Johns held on to the leadership of Division One South after beating Barrowby 10-0. Michaela Shepherd was on target five times, Rebecca Dobney weighed in with four, and Bethany Cardy completed the tally. Hayley Brown was another player to go nap with five goals and Danielle Pritchard added the other for Gedling Town as they went second via a 6-1 victory over Loughborough Students (2006).
 
* On Wednesday night, Peterborough Northern Star beat AFC Trinity 6-0 to take over the leadership of the Premier Division on goal difference. 
 
Eastern Region League
Norwich City Res moved to within one point of the leadership in Division One North after they beat Acle 5-0. Chelsea Garrett gave them the lead in the second minute before Chelsea Clarke and Luci Middleton each added doubles. Witham Town meanwhile claimed their first win of the season, 4-0 against Ipswich Wanderers thanks to Lynsey Bowman (2), Stephanie Burder and Sophie Hayes.
 
In Division One South, C & K Basildon Res extended their lead at the top to four points with a 4-0 victory over Hutton. Stevenage Borough Res are back in third after they were beaten 5-1 by Baldock Town whose scorers were Emma Chaffey, Joanne Corbett, Natasha Little, Caroline Pennifold and Michelle Smith. 
 
London & South East League
In the only match played in the league on Sunday, Carshalton Athletic opened up a lead of three points at the top of Division One (London) by winning 3-2 away to Tottenham Hotspur Development. 
 
North East League
Norton & Stockton Ancients shot straight to the top of the Premier Division after they scored seven without reply against Scunthorpe & Bottesford. Tanya Rich and Kerrie Zserdicky each netted twice and Caroline Hulme the other as Guiseley won 5-3 at Hessle Town to go second. Barnsley also notched up a 5-3 victory at the expense of Castleford White Rose, courtesy of Rebecca Hale (2), Laura Burgess, Holly Findlay and Nichola Hey.
 
One match was played in the Northern Division but it saw leaders Redcar Athletic beaten for the first time, 3-1 by Easingwold Town whose goals came from Bobby Barwick, Emma Cockerill and Sophie Simpson.
 
Wetherby Athletic went three points clear at the top of the Southern Division after a solitary strike from Debra Slater earned them a 1-0 victory over Doncaster Belles. Second placed Rovers Foundation Ladies suffered a 1-0 defeat to Millers Ladies, who found the net through Bradie Wild. 
 
North West League
Bolton Wanderers took the opportunity to catch up with the leading sides in the Premier Division, thanks to a 6-2 victory away to Wigan Athletic. Northwich Vixens meanwhile registered their first points of the season when scoring six without reply against Irlam.
 
Blackburn Community remain at the summit in Division One North and their 8-1 win against rlisle Utd has seen them go two points ahead of Stockport County Res, who shared a 3-3 draw with Manchester City A.
 
In Division One South, Liverpool Feds Res won 4-2 away to Winsford to go level on points with table toppers Birkenhead. Macclesfield Town are two points behind in third place after they defeated Mossley Hill Res 5-1. Manchester University ran out 5-1 victors over Manchester Stingers whilst AFC Liverpool won for the first time, 4-2 against Ellesmere Port Town. 
 
South West League
No matches were played in the Premier Division on Sunday but in midweek, Frome Town recorded their first victory of the season when beating Downend Flyers 3-2. Alison Bryant, Lucy Dinham and Sarah Sinkins netted their goals with Hayley Bullock and Faye Slade replying.
 
In the Eastern Division, Bishop's Lydeard took the opportunity to go level on points with leaders Bitton with a 3-1 victory over Nailsea Utd. Sophie Hart scored twice and Sophie Buck the other for the Somerset side. Meanwhile Charlotte Brankin bagged a brace, with Ashleigh Rooke and Ellena Haskins also on target as Keynsham Town Res won 4-3 away to Forest Green Rovers Res.
 
Plymstock Utd are the new leaders of the Western Division following their 4-3 victory over Illogan Ladies. Olivia Ramsey netted twice for Plymstock along with Sarah Gregory and Hayley Ranachan. A win would have taken Callington Town back to the top of the table but they were held to a 2-2 draw by Alphington, Kayleigh Dawe and Kat Marment netting Callington's goals with Laura Burwood on target twice in reply. Sam Drewery, Danielle Moody, Jade Bryan and Georgie Talbot were all on the scoresheet as Marine Academy Plymouth ran out 4-1 winners at Dobwalls, and Charlestown defeated Torpoint Athletic 3-2 thanks to Erin Jenkins, Brogan O'Brien and Riannon Player. 
 
Southern Region League
In the only match to be played in the Premier Division, Woodley Utd extended their lead at the top to six points with a 6-2 victory away to Mansfield Road. Ranai Bird and Laura Woodley each netted twice, with Amie Benton and Joanne Walsh-Perks also on target.
 
Julianne Gadsby bagged a brace and Michelle Morrall added the other as Milton Keynes City won 3-1 at Fleetlands to go three points clear at the top of Division One. Stony Stratford Town are up into second place after scoring eight without reply against Chesham Utd Res. Elizabeth Thompson-Clarke, Lynsey Patmore and Siobhaun Layne each scored twice along with Kate Casserley and Bianca Luttman. 
 
West Midlands League
Florence climbed into the top half of the Division One North table after they defeated Cresswell Wanderers by the odd goal in five.
 
Marston Green held on to the leadership of Division One South with a 3-0 victory away to Solihull Ladies Res. Coventry Development and Knowle battled out a 2-2 draw whilst Wyre Forest Phoenix won for the first time, 4-2 against Redditch Utd.
