Leicester City Ladies were unable to make any impression on the six point gap behind table toppers Copsewood (Coventry) as they were beaten 2-0 by Radcliffe Olympic. Lauren Bartle gave Radcliffe the lead on the half hour mark, with Christina Brewer adding the second after the interval to take her side out of the bottom three.
Loughborough Students are up into third place, their highest position of the season to date, following their 10-1 victory over Curzon Ashton. Avilla Bergin, Adele Sale and Laura Williams all bagged hat-tricks for the students with Francesca Sullivan completing their tally, Masa Butler scoring a late consolation for Curzon.
Rotherham Utd are in fifth but only three points off second place after running out 7-2 winners away to Loughborough Foxes. Charley Evans and Nat Shaw each scored twice along with Amy Pollock, Kirsty-Louise Richardson and Jade Tilling, while the home side replied through Nancy Miles and Laura Steele.

The only match in the league to survive the weather on Sunday was the top of the table clash and it was leaders Swindon Town who triumphed 4-0 over Forest Green Rovers to extend their advantage at the top to eight points. Beth Thompson and Georgia Walters each scored twice to earn the Wiltshire side their fifth victory in a row.
