Katie Knell has become the latest player to sign up for Watford for the new WSL season, joining up again with the Golden Girls.
The striker will be no stranger to those at the club having spent the previous two seasons with Watford. She made fifteen appearances for the first team last season before heading off for a spell in America.
After her time abroad, Katie can't wait to return: "It was interesting, I enjoyed it and learnt a lot in America but it just wasn't for me," she explained "I'm very pleased to be back, I love it at Watford."
The former Arsenal youngster believes the squad has a great chance of success this season: "I think we can do really well.
"We've got a very strong squad, from the centre backs all the way through to the strikers."
First Team Manager John Salomon is excited to be working with Knell again: "We're really pleased to have Katie back as a Watford Ladies player.
"Katie has grown from her experience in America and having worked with her for the past two years, I'm looking forward to seeing her continued progression into first team football."
