The Devon derby tie in the F.A.Women's Cup Second Round has now been called off three times but the wet weather has failed to dampen the players' enthusiasm.
Exeter City and Plymouth Argyle will make another attempt to play the game this Sunday and Exeter midfielder Helen Kukor told Women's Soccer Scene: "I think everyone is more up for the game because it's been called off so many times!
"Personally, I can't wait to play. It will be a good game as we are both evenly matched and we have a previous defeat to get them [Plymouth] back for."
Marika Ghigla added: "This is an exciting game between two rival teams and after the game being called off for three weeks in a row, we are ready to make this happen."
