Crystal Palace are approaching Sunday's F.A.Women's Cup Third Round tie with Derby County brimming with confidence.
The London & South East League side are the only club playing at Regional League level to have reached this stage - Blackpool Wren Rovers still have a Second Round tie to play - and manager Dean Davenport told Women's Soccer Scene that his team have the capability to upset their Premier League opponents.
"The girls were flying in training," he said. "I have a full squad to choose from and they are fit and ready for the challenge.
"Although this is the furthest they have been in the FA Cup, they deserve their place and I am confident of a good showing on Sunday, and hopeful of being in Monday's Fourth Round draw."
Palace captain Kirsty Mitchell added: "All of the girls are looking forward to the game and excited at the thought of testing themselves against a Premier League side.
"We have the utmost respect for Derby but we are ready for Sunday's game and although we are a very young side, we are improving all the time and Derby will underestimate us at their peril."
