Just the one match was played on Sunday but it did see the first action in the league since 12th January.
Chorley climbed up into third place, one point behind leading duo Stockport County and Mossley Hill, following their 4-1 victory over Leeds City Vixens. The match was switched to a 3G pitch in order to get it played and it paid dividends for Chorley as goals from Alison Hindley, Sarah Berry, Olivia Millington and Janet Dawson wrapped up the points.
Loughborough Students are in second place following their 2-2 draw against Solihull Ladies. Adele Sale scored both goals for the students while Solihull replied through Hollie Williams and Sian Davies to ensured that they stretched their unbeaten run in the league to five matches.
South West Combination
Shanklin were the winners of the solitary match in the league, 3-0 against University of Portsmouth and the result moves the Isle of Wight side up to sixth. Kim Arnold, Rowan Treagus and Susan Cullen were on target for Shanklin.
