Liverpool begin defence at home

The FA WSL fixtures for the new campaign have been announced and Champions Liverpool start the defence of their title at home to newcomers Manchester City. 
Last season's runners-up Bristol Academy host Emma Hayes' new look Chelsea side whilst Arsenal have a difficult game away to Notts County.
The announcement was made on BT Sport, who will broadcast that match live on Thursday 17th April, one day after the top flight starts its fourth season.
The FA WSL 2 will begin the same week with Oxford Utd hosting London Bees on Monday 14th April. Doncaster Rovers Belles, who will be aiming to reclaim their top flight status at the first attempt, travel to Aston Villa whilst Reading Women's match with Yeovil Town will be at the Madejski Stadium. 
Opening week's fixtures: 
Sunday 14th April:
Oxford Utd v London Bees (WSL 2)
Wednesday 16th April:
Birmingham City v Everton (WSL 1)
Notts County v Arsenal (WSL 1)
Aston Villa v Doncaster Rovers Belles (WSL 2)
Reading Women v Yeovil Town (WSL 2)
Watford v Millwall Lionesses (WSL 2)
Thursday 17th April:
Bristol Academy v Chelsea (WSL 1)
Liverpool v Manchester City (WSL 1)
Durham Women v Sunderland (WSL 2)
