The 16-year old central midfielder has been training with the senior group in recent months and will now form a part of Parker's squad ahead of the club's fourth season in the FA Women's Super League.

Despite representing England, Carter holds dual nationality status with her family originated from New Jersey in the United States of America.
Commenting on Carter's promotion, Parker said: "Jess is another example of the club producing excellent young talent and she is already following in the footsteps of many of our first team players having come through our development system.
"Jess has all the attributes to succeed at the very highest level of the game and it is our responsibility as coaching staff to harness her ability to ensure she reaches her potential.
"She is such a level headed and hardworking girl that all the signs point to her becoming a model pro and not becoming distracted with the additional attention that will come her way over the coming years."
