Champions Glasgow City have hit top spot in the Scottish Women's Premier League for the first time this season after winning 10-0 against Inverness City.
On a day when the six Premier League games yielded a total of 50 goals, Joanne Love and Leanne Ross led the scoring for City with a hat-trick apiece, Fiona Brown added a brace and there was one apiece from Denise O'Sullivan and Courtney Whyte.
Previous leaders Hibernian went down to their first defeat of the season, beaten 3-0 by Rangers who also climb above them into second place. Erin Cuthbert gave Rangers the lead and they went on to add further goals through Lisa Swanson and Hayley Cunningham.
Celtic now complete the top three places after they matched Glasgow City by scoring ten times without reply against Buchan Ladies.
Aberdeen continue to climb the table following their 3-2 victory over Hamilton Academicals. Cassie Cowper, Fay McDonald and Nikki Wright were on target for Aberdeen with the Accies replying through Carolina Richardson and Clare Gemmell.
Sarah Ewens netted six times as Spartans ran riot with a sixteen goal win at the expense of Forfar Farmington. Kerry Montgomery weighed in with a four-goal haul and Danni Pagliarulo hit a hat-trick while Ciara Barnes, Stephanie Briggs and Alana Marshall added one apiece.
Hutchison Vale and Queen's Park finished level at 3-3, a result which means both teams remain in the bottom four but outside of the bottom two at this early stage. Bryony Ross, Michelle Russell and Diana Barry netted the goals for Hutchie while on target for Queen's Park were Valentina Mazzoni, with a brace, and Mhairi Lyle.
