Shared Access Welsh Premier Women's League runners-up PILCS inflicted a 4-0 defeat on Aberystwyth Town to condemn the West Wales side to a relegation spot.
Aber went into the game needing a win to stand any chance of beating the drop but found themselves two goals behind at the break, thanks to a double from Lyndsey Davies. In the opening minute of the second half, Davies completed her hat-trick and Hope Suominen added the fourth goal.
The result means that Caernarfon Town are safe and they had done their cause no harm on the day by drawing 1-1 with Wrexham. Amber Dean had given Wrexham the lead early in the second half with Anne Jones hitting back to earn Caernarfon a share of the spoils.
Llandudno Junction had achieved safety last week and they finished off their campaign in style by beating Newcastle Emlyn 5-0. Katie Bowe opened the scoring for Llandudno in the seventh minute with Jordanne Greenough doubling their lead just ahead of half time. Greenough netted her second, nine minutes into the second half, before Sofie Owen and Stacey Treadwell also got themselves on the scoresheet.
Swansea City end the season in fourth place after winning their final match 1-0 away to Llanidloes. Lisa Owen scored the only goal of the game for the Swans, midway through the second half.
