Nottingham Forest Ladies are delighted to announce that local company Microlise Limited of Eastwood in Nottingham has sponsored two of their club's junior sides with a new kit to cover the 2014-15 season.
Microlise are the UK's largest and most established provider of vehicle tracking, telematics and proof of delivery solutions and were quick to respond to Nottingham Forest Ladies plea to sponsor playing kits for the Under-14 and Under-15 squads.
Tony King, who works at Microlise and is the Father of Under 14s Goalkeeper Olivia King, became aware that the Club were urgently seeking funding to furnish the all the clubs teams with new playing kit. Tony approached Microlise Executive Director, Bob Harbey whom was delighted to help out and sponsor two team kits in the process.
Forest Ladies Club Secretary, Fay Glover was in grateful mode: "Both the club and the teams benefitting are thrilled with the new kits which looks really fantastic. We are so grateful to Microlise for their donation which will now see the teams in quality merchandise for this season and next."
Forest Ladies invited Bob Harbey to a training session recently where the two squads were photographed in their new kit along with their new sponsor.
Harbey said: "When I heard of the plight of Forest Ladies it was a pleasure to be able to help out. Now I can see the girls in their kit and appreciate the positive effect that Microlise can have in the community. It's a pleasure to be able to support the club and we are proud to be associated going forward for the next season. Microlise would like to wish the girls much success and enjoyment and we hope to share in that even more with our investment."
