Millwall Lionesses 0 Arsenal 4 (Fahey 22, Carter 30,90, Williamson 43)
Arsenal booked their place in the Continental Cup semi finals as they eased past Millwall Lionesses at Beckenham Town.
Goals from from Niamh Fahey, Danielle Carter and Leah Williamson killed the contest by half time before Carter added a fourth on the final whistle.
Millwall were already out of contention for the next round and created little of note, missing captain Dionne Lennon after she broke her leg last weekend.
Goalkeeper Sarah Quantrill was culpable for Arsenal's first on 24 minutes, parrying Rachel Yankey's shot straight to Fahey who easily tapped in past the stranded keeper.
Arsenal doubled their lead seven minutes later as Carter struck home the rebound off Quantrill's strong leg save from Jade Bailey's powerful shot.
The hosts rarely troubled Arsenal and conceded a third before half time as Williamson beat Quantrill with an impressive curling effort from outside the box.
Japan international Shinobu Ohno replaced Smith at half time and soon went close to extending Arsenal's lead, cutting inside onto her left foot and striking the crossbar.
Carter hit the bar with a deflected shot before she raced through to beat Quantrill to a through ball in injury time to put a gloss on the scoreline.
Millwall Lionesses: Sarah Quantrill, Naomi Cole, Sophie Perry, Leeta Rutherford (sub Shirvae Edwards 76mins), Kylie Davies, Francesca Strugnell, Lilli Maple, Lily Agg, Lillie Fenlon-Billson, Cherrelle Albert (sub Angela Kiobel 45mins), Meaghan McKeag (sub Stevie Lamb 45mins).

Arsenal: Siobhan Chamberlain, Alex Scott, Leah Williamson, Jade Bailey, Casey Stoney, Niamh Fahey, Turid Knaak, Jordan Nobbs (sub Yukari Kinga 72mins), Danielle Carter, Kelly Smith (sub Shinobu Ohno 45mins), Rachel Yankey (sub Freda Ayisi 72mins).
