England have risen to seventh in the FIFA Women's world rankings after their successful World Cup qualifying campaign.
Scotland hold firm in 21st position whilst Wales have leapt up five positions to a record high of 32nd place, however Northern Ireland have fallen back to 64th place.
Mark Sampson's side completed a perfect campaign on Wednesday with a 10-0 win over Montenegro and moved up a place in the rankings, released on Friday, leapfrogging Canada. They topped their qualifying group with ten victories from ten matches - scoring 52 goals along the way - to secure a place at next summer's World Cup Finals tournament in Canada.
United States hold on to their slender lead at the top of the rankings from Germany, with Japan narrowly ahead of France in third.
