Long Lane and Herne Bay will meet each other in the Third Round Qualifying after both teams claimed excellent victories against higher league opposition.
Ellie Beere bagged a hat-trick with Otesha Charles and Charley Jenkins also on target as Long Lane won a thrilling tie 5-4 against Brentford. Herne Bay came through with a 1-0 success away to Crawley Wasps, courtesy of a first half goal from Carly Farrow, to set up the tie between the two South East Counties League sides.
Wymondham Town claimed a scalp from two divisions above when beating Great Shelford 2-0. The Norfolk League side will now face Premier League opponents in the shape of Cambridge Women after strikes from Kelly Ayers and Laura Hammerton earned them the win over the Eastern Region League club.
Leighton Utd Vixens put out a Regional League side for the second round in a row, their 4-1 victory over Colney Heath earning them a tie with Luton Town. Shanice Sanderson was on target twice for Leighton along with Vikki Reid and Shona Leo.
AFC Wimbledon Development maintained their winning start to the season when they defeated Dartford Royals 3-0 and they have landed a plum tie with Crystal Palace. Aramide Okekunle, Elle Richards and an own goal saw the Greater London League side to victory.
Burnley Girls & Ladies won 2-1 against Mersey Girls, strikes from Beccy Hayton and Jo Rohman seeing Burnley to victory and earning themselves a trip to Morecambe. Rebecca Beech and Zoe Mitchell were both on target for Hull City as they defeated North East League leaders Brighouse Town 2-0 and their next opponents will be Chester-le-Street.
Steph Ord curled in a 25-yard free kick early in the second half to earn Whitley Bay a fine 1-0 victory away to York City and a home tie with Liverpool Marshalls Feds. Peterlee RA were 2-1 winners at Boldon with first half goals from Kerry Denham and Jen Alford, they now go to Guiseley AFC Vixens.
Tynedale defeated Birtley Town 5-0 to earn a tough trip to Chorley. Ashleigh Rae netted a brace and there was one apiece from Sharron Bell, Christine Murray and Emma Hales.
Woolton will now go to Sheffield Utd Community after they beat Penrith AFC 1-0, Rachel Carney grabbing the only goal of the game. Becky McEwan and Leah Embley each scored twice, with Lauren Walker joining them on the scoresheet as Accrington Girls & Ladies won 5-3 against Wetherby Athletic to book an away date with Stockport County.
Nikki Berko scored a hat-trick, including two from the penalty spot, as Blackpool Wren Rovers ended the hopes of Merseyrail Bootle by beating them 3-0 and the North West League side will now host Middlesbrough.
Sheffield Wednesday picked up a fine 3-1 win away to Farsley AFC and they will be away to Rotherham Utd. However they left it late to turn things around as they trailed to an early goal but equalised with three minutes remaining through Natalie Ledger, before Emma Otley and Danielle Harrison clinched victory during injury time. Wednesday would like to thank Farsley for their assistance whilst one of their players was stretchered off with a serious knee injury.
Faye Brown had a great day for Ruddington Village, scoring all five goals as they ran out 5-1 winners at Long Eaton Utd and their reward is a home tie with Loughborough Foxes.
A Laura Morris brace and Jen Smith accounted for the goals for TNS Ladies, who will be at home to Leafield Athletic following their 3-0 victory over Walsall. Crewe Alexandra defeated Nettleham 3-1, goals from Levi Lander, Shell Saunders and Leanne Derry ensured they will be at home to Loughborough Students in the next round.
Burton Park Wanderers maintained their good Cup run by beating Offley & Stopsley 4-1, next up for the East Midlands League side is a home meeting with Leicester City Ladies. Louise Burgess got Burton Park off to a great start by giving them a fourth minute lead and they went on to add second half goals through Katie Steward, Laura Beckett and Kara Hindwood.
Burton Albion earned themselves a trip to FC Reedswood after they notched up a good 1-0 success away to Allscott, Demi Croxall scoring the only goal of the game. Meanwhile Crusaders were 2-0 winners at Raunds Town, courtesy of a brace of goals from Belinda Martin, and they will be away again in the next round to Leicester City Women.
Ellistown edged out Wyrley Ladies 4-3 after extra time and their next opponents will be Radcliffe Olympic. Ellistown captain Kathryn Hollier fired home the winning goal in the last minute of extra time to take her team through, adding to earlier strikes from Emma Moore (2) and Jess Waldrum.
Bilbrook contined their good Cup form by defeating Kenilworth Town 3-0, meaning they will go to Mansfield Town. Nat Morris and Lindsay Josephs ensured that Bilbrook were two goals ahead at the break and Jess Nash wrapped up the win during the second half. Barking will be away to C & K Basildon in the next round after they beat Royston Town 4-0, Carly Vigors hitting a hat-trick and Claire Brooks joining her on the scoresheet.
Lowestoft Town kept up their powerful start to the season by scoring eight without reply against Wealdstone and this sets up a fascinating clash with Norwich City. Anna Larkins hit a hat-trick for free scoring Lowestoft, Natasha Thomas weighed in with a brace and the tally was completed by Paige Shorten, Marcie Prettyman and Hannah Waters.
Colchester Town defeated Brentwood Town 2-0, Laura Guyon and Georgia Box scoring, and they will make a relatively short trip to Ipswich Town. Anna Jephson and Natalie Shenton were both on the scoresheet for Bar Hill in their 2-1 win against Peterborough Northern Star and they will be at home to Milton Keynes Dons.
Carshalton Athletic swept into the next round with a 5-2 victory over Maidstone Utd, which means they will travel to Enfield Town. Laura Curtis led the scoring with a hat-trick and there was one apiece from Alison Hall and Danielle Davies. One of the ties went all the way to penalties on Sunday, at Maidenhead Utd where the home side triumphed on spot kicks following a 2-2 draw and now take on Shanklin. (see match report)
Katherine Long, Jane Simpson and Hannah Titchener scored the goals as London Corinthians set themselves up with a tie against Denham Utd after they defeated Fulham FC Foundation 3-2. Eastbourne Town won 3-1 against Parkwood Rangers and they are at home to Gosport Borough, goals coming from Keisha Lawrence, Francesca O'Callaghan and Emma Parslow.
Oxford City claimed a 2-1 extra time victory away to Poole Town and they will be on their travels again to Forest Green Rovers. Danielle Anderson scored both goals, including the clincher with five minutes of extra time remaining. Bridgwater Town meanwhile defeated Newbury Ladies 4-2 to set up a trip to Larkhall Athletic, courtesy of doubles from Anusia Rourke and Taylor Gainey.
Parley Sports ran out 4-1 winners away to Christchurch and the Southern Region League side have been handed a plum home tie against Exeter City. Kerry Shiers netted two of the goals and there was one each from Nicole Learner and Charlie Lanahan. Beth Turner, Karyn Coombs and Katie Wadey all scored a goal apiece for Swindon Spitfires who won 3-1 away to Truro City, which means they will face Southampton Saints.
